Sweet Lisbon Cosy Holidays takes your privacy very seriously, because we know that while you are staying with us, you do not want to be worried about GDPR compliance. We prepared this document to inform you the best we can.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND STORE
We collect and store the following Information when you are using the Services:
When you make a reservation, we collect some personal data that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”), such as your name, phone number, email, address, postal code, city and country. Among these personal data there may be records of purchases, reservations you have made and contacts with Cloudbeds, a service of Property Management Software. We also collect and store any credit card or other payment information from you.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Personal data collected may be used: (i) to provide our services and improve their quality, namely on customer service, (ii) to administer your use of our Services, (iii) to better understand your needs and interests, (iv) to personalize and improve your experience, (v) to contact you when necessary during the duration of your reservation contract with us, which ends 14 days after your check out.
Please know that any Credit Card or other payment information is automatically deleted at the end of your reservation contract. We do not sell your Personal data, Files or any other information about you, to third parties.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of Xaleri’s Rights.
We may disclose to third parties Files and Personal Information stored in our accounts, but we do it under specific circumstances:
1. when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or compulsory legal request;
2. to react to dead threats or serious body injury to a person;
3. to prevent Xaleri, its services or our users from being subjected to fraud or abuse; or
4. to protect Xaleri’s property and real estate rights.

Changing or Deleting Your Information – your rights:
If you are registered as the reservation holder, you may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your reservation and Check In. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to do so. In some cases, we may retain copies of your Information and Files if required by law. For questions about your Personal Information or Files on our Services, please contact email@example.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 7 days.

There is a difference between your right to erasure and our legal obligations to store your data for a certain period of time.
We have to retain and use your Information, when necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, for as long as the law dictates. Consistent with these requirements, we will attempt to delete your Information quickly upon request, when the law no longer requires the storage or when said storage was never under legal protection. Notwithstanding, we welcome your approach and will answer your request or question within 7 days.
Please note that although there may have been a removal of your personal data from our servers, back-up versions may exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers Files that you have in common with other users.
The security of your Information is important to us. The booking software in our website and our Property Management Software, “Cloudbeds”, provided by Digital Arbitrage, Inc. complies with generally accepted standards to protect the Information submitted. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information and we take commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures that are designed to that end. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Provisions Related to Users Residing in Europe
Cloudbeds complies with GDPR, a regulation made effective in the EU on May 25th, 2018. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose for which it was originally collected. The use of your information can be limited, or the information can be corrected or deleted, except as required by law, as indicated above.
Our Policy Toward Children
Our Services are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such Information.
